Rose’s Tuna Salad
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 t celery seed
salt and pepper to taste
Mix salad dressing ingredients together, then add:
2 T chopped onion
2 T chopped radish
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 chopped fresh tomato
1 ripe avocado cut into cubes
1 can tuna (solid white albacore)
Combine all ingredients together and serve over a bed of lettuce leaves. Garnish with pickled asparagus and kalamata olives. Serves two.
