In order to truly see the value of the Bible one must first let go of the suffocating hold it has when it’s wrongly viewed as the “Inerrant Word of God”, and held as a guide book of divine rules. Instead, if we allow the true meaning of the Bible to be revealed on a deeper level, we can see it contains a chronological account of the process of the “Individuation” of humanity as a whole, thus it becomes a book of knowledge…with knowledge being the “key” to its true interpretation.

Looking at the Bible in this manner, we see its Mandala structure displayed in theBible Wheel as the Individuation process of humanity. Starting with the inward “Self/God” connection of man being created in the image of God, progressing to the outwardly projected Self, this is manifested as the monotheistic God of the Bible. When the Ego emerges and the process of individuation begins, it parallels that which we see with the individual Individuation process. Throughout the Bible’s pages is revealed the same dark areas of the Shadow and the strong Anima/Animus (male/female connection), along with the growth of the Ego described as inflation, leading to alienation and ultimately reunification with the Self, thus from beginning (Genesis) to end (Revelation) it completes the full circle of growth where the outward projected God/Self, once again is seen as god/Self within man.

Thus, the Bible Wheel is the “Key” to understanding what the Bible truly is…a template of human individuation.

Gen.1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

  1. Man created the outward “God” from his own inward “Self” image.

1Cor.15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Rom.8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

1John 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us…16) And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Rev.21:13 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with/in them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

1. The outwardly projected “God/Self” image is once again reunited with the inward “Self” after the process of Individuation is complete.
